Cancellation Policy

調査・編集着手前

Before Research Begins

入金確認後、調査・編集が開始される前であれば、全額返金いたします。

After payment confirmation, if research and editing have not yet begun, a full refund will be issued.

調査・編集着手後

After Research Has Begun

調査・編集が開始された後のキャンセルは、調査費用1,000円を差し引いた金額を返金いたします。

If research and editing have already commenced, a refund minus a ¥1,000 research fee will be issued.

How to Cancel

キャンセルをご希望の場合は、メールにて n.chisato@tabi-yasuragi.org までご連絡ください。サービス名、お名前、依頼日を明記してください。

To cancel, please email n.chisato@tabi-yasuragi.org with your service name, full name, and request date.
